Hurricane Ian severly damaged our church building. The building is closed and we are currently holding our services on-line at our church Facebook page. All are welcome to join us there, Below you will read how things were prior to the hurricane.

We’re located on Estero Island just off Estero Blvd, right behind the Fort Myers Beach Library on Bay Road. Parking along Bay Road is free on Sunday and we have a parking lot behind the church from School Street.
Below is some brief information about who we are, what we do, and what to expect.
We are a small Christian faith community. Our members and attendees are a mix of permanent residents, seasonal residents, and people visiting for a short time. Our attendance increases significantly during the winter months. People from all over the country and Canada come worship and engage at the Beach Church.
Our Sunday Worship Service is traditional with hymns, choir singing, responsive prayers, and scripture reading. Our service lasts about one hour. All faiths and faith seekers are welcome.
We have ushers to welcome and help you. We have a projection system for all prayer and hymn verses. There’s no reason to dress up. Flip flops and shorts are fine.
We livestream our Sunday Worship Service on our Beach UMC Facebook Page. We also upload it to our Beach UMC YouTube Channel so people can watch later and explore our past services.
On Line Church is a great way to get to know us and begin seeking a relationship with God.
Our choir loves to sing, laugh, and worship God together. We sing traditional and contemporary hymns. We are together from November to Easter. The choir meets before our Sunday worship to rehearse and practice. New voices are always welcome.
We have a United Methodist Men’s group and a United Methodist Woman’s group. Both groups meet during the winter months when most people are here. For info about the groups, please use the Contact form.
We are the body of Christ and we exist to glorify God. Please click on our Ministries section to see what we do to serve and do God’s work. There’s a Bible Study group, a Book Club group, a Bear Ministry, and various ways to volunteer.
If you’d like to start connecting with us and learn more, please go to our Connect page and signup to get on our email list for annoucenemts and our newsletter.
